A smart lock is still a lock first. It has to fit your door, line up with the strike, and hold up to daily use before any app or keypad matters. Our work starts with the hardware: checking the door prep, the bore holes, the backset, the latch and the strike, then mounting the lock so it operates smoothly.
The second half is setup. We program user codes, pair the lock with your phone or hub where the model supports it, adjust auto-lock and handing, and walk you through how to use it, including what to do if batteries run low or the app is unavailable. We also troubleshoot locks that are already installed, such as ones that jam, misread codes, drop their connection, or never finished pairing.

Talk through what you want
We start by learning what you need: keypad, fingerprint, Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, deadbolt or handleset, and who needs access. If you have already bought a lock, tell us the brand and model when you call.

Inspect the door and existing hardware
On site we check door thickness, bore size, backset, latch type, strike alignment and whether the door closes true. A smart lock on a sagging door will fail early, so problems are addressed first.

Remove the old lock and install the new one
We take off the existing hardware, fit the new lock, and secure the mounting plate, latch and strike. We test the bolt by hand before powering anything up.

Program codes, pairing and settings
We set your master code, add user codes, pair with your phone or hub where supported, and configure auto-lock, handing and any alerts you want.

Test and walk you through it
We run the lock through repeated cycles, from inside and outside, with the door open and closed. Then we show you how to change codes, replace batteries and use the manual key or backup option.
